With the stainless steel basket, are there holes in the bottom or just the sides? We have some very small parts that fall through the other mesh baskets we use. Basket questions part 2, besides the M1800H cleaner, we also use the smaller B200 model. We need a smaller mesh size basket for that as well, some of our tool parts fall through the plastic basket mesh.
For your issues with the M1800H, I recommend switching to the perforated tray. It has openings on two sides only - rows of 1/8" drilled holes. So far as the parts used in the B200, would they fit into our clamshell basket?
If not, I would try a small beaker with your cleaning fluid, resting inside the B200 basket. Of course, your B200 must be full of water as well for this to work. -
Hi Hope everything is ok with you? Do you have the opportunity to send this product to Sweden? Branson 1800h-e 1/2 gallon ultrasonic cleaner, 40 kHz with 4pcs. Glass beakers 250ml and 4pcs.beakers 600ml and a 1800 Mesh Basket
Yes we can do that for you. I have this unit in stock:
M1800H-E (230v) 1/2 gallon ultrasonic with mechanical timer and heat. I can have all the accessories here in a few days.
If you need a unit that works with 120v we can do that as well. Note that 230v units are more expensive.
I can send you an invoice payable online, and ship it to you using your DHL account. -
Greetings, we are using your product, it works pretty well. Yet we wonder whether there is any recommendation for ear/hearing protection such as ear muff or plug? Any suggestion or information will be very appreciated and helpful.
The 1800 is a small unit, and the sound levels should be well within the safety guidelines at your workplace. Branson does not have any recommendations for ear protection for this unit. If you find the sound annoying, keeping the cover in place during operation can help somewhat.
